Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Lost or Damaged Items: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at heartlessnthetrap@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
